How does peppa.io work?
After agreeing price and delivery fees with any online vendor, you need to pay with the peppa app to enjoy the payment protection. To pay with peppa, follow these easy steps:
Enter the details(phone number and bank details) of the vendor and complete the transaction The vendor will be notified of your payment, and he or she will get the money deposited into their account after you get your product.
How much does peppa charge?
Peppa charges you 1.5% of the total amount you are paying to the vendor as a transaction fee.
Can I reuse the vendor's bank account details I use in paying a merchant on the peppa app?
No. The account details can only be used once and are specific to that transaction only. You will get another set of account details when you want to make another transaction.
Can I use peppa to buy any kind of product online?
Today, the peppa app supports only physical products.
Is there any method of identifying a verified vendor with the peppa app?

What’s the expected time of arrival for products when ordered?
The peppa app currently serves as a medium of payment only. The expected time of arrival and the preferred delivery option(s) would be agreed by both the seller and buyer before payment through the peppa app
