How we keep things moving!

We sit on top of standard payment gateways to give you custom wallets and epic payment protection. The best part? The variable transaction fees are passed directly to the end buyer at checkout, meaning your profit margins stay completely protected!

Payment Processing

At checkout, the buyer covers the underlying payment gateway's processor fee plus our orchestration markup (75% on the Standard tier). To keep conversions high on big-ticket items, this markup is strictly capped—up to $5.00 on Standard, and dropping to just $2.75 on Premium to reward scaling communities!

Bank Transfers (Payouts)

To keep your capital moving smoothly, we exactly mirror standard regulatory bank transfer fees—no extra hidden charges on top.

Wallet Ecosystems

To ensure healthy operations, the minimum amount to fund a customer wallet is $10.00. You have the freedom to decide what to charge your users for funding, withdrawing, or paying from their wallets. Peppa.io simply takes 10% of the fee you configure, or a flat $0.10—whichever is greater. If you choose not to charge your users, the flat $0.10 infrastructure fee applies.

Retaining Your Access

All platform fees are billed annually for your first year to get your deployment set up perfectly. Upon renewal in year two, you can shift to quarterly billing or keep your annual billing for a sweet 20% discount! To keep our community safe and servers secure, API keys will automatically expire if platform subscriptions are not maintained.
